In 1995, amidst the enchanting Wine and Grape region of Serra Gaúcha, where Italian tradition gently sways in the breeze, the visionary couple Jaime Farina and Maria Alice Farina took the first steps to transform culture into experience. Jaime, a dedicated doctor, and Maria Alice, a skilled hotelier and tourism expert, identified the fertile ground for an unusual venture, fueled by the rich heritage of Italian immigrants, found abundantly between the cities of Bento Gonçalves, Farroupilha, and Garibaldi.
