In 1995, amidst the enchanting Wine and Grape region, where Italian tradition gently sways in the breeze, the visionary couple Jaime Farina and Maria Alice Farina took the first steps to transform culture into experience. Jaime, a dedicated doctor, and Maria Alice, a skilled hotelier and tourism expert, identified the fertile ground for an unusual venture, fueled by the rich heritage of Italian immigrants, found abundantly between the cities of Bento Gonçalves, Farroupilha, and Garibaldi.

Making Dreams a Reality

The Farina Park Hotel opened its doors in 1999, a landmark that stood as a testament to elegance and hospitality. Under the skillful management of Maria Alice, it quickly became a beacon of refined hospitality. In 2003, the hotel welcomed the Arte in Tavola Restaurant, an ode to haute Italian cuisine created by the talented chef Mauro Cingolani. This addition stood out as a pioneer in the region, delighting palates and reaffirming deep cultural roots.
